Descripción del Trabajo

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Community Association Manager to oversee the daily operations, administration, and financial management of various residential communities within Platja d’Aro. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess a strong understanding of community management principles, with a focus on delivering excellent service to our homeowners and residents. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a meticulous approach to detail, and the ability to foster a harmonious living environment for all community members.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of assigned community associations.
  • Oversee the financial health of associations, including budget preparation, expense management, and financial reporting.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate and attend board meetings, prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Enforce community rules, regulations, and architectural guidelines fairly and consistently.
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair projects, working with vendors and ensuring quality service.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, board members, and external service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local and national laws and regulations pertaining to community associations.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of community newsletters, notices, and other communications.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Proven experience in community management, property management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to interpret and apply legal documents, such as bylaws and declarations.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Catalan is highly desirable.
  • Certification as a Community Association Manager (e.g., CAM, CMCA) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with luxury properties or international communities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
