We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Fuengirola, Spain. This role is crucial in ensuring our compensation and benefits programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our global strategy while meeting local market needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English and Spanish, excellent analytical skills, and a solid understanding of C&B principles. You will be instrumental in supporting the design, implementation, and administration of various reward programs, playing a key role in attracting and retaining top talent within our organization.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Participate in salary surveys and market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and communication of various compensation programs (e.g., annual reviews, bonus schemes).
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Prepare reports and analyze C&B data to provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership and management.
- Support HR Business Partners with compensation-related queries and provide expert advice.
- Manage C&B-related vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Contribute to the development and update of C&B policies and procedures.
- Educate employees on benefits programs and compensation structures.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of compensation principles, market pricing, and job evaluation methodologies.
- Knowledge of Spanish labor law and benefits regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Master's degree or professional certification in Compensation (e.g., CCP).
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and compensation software.
- Previous experience in a global or multinational company environment.
- Familiarity with various benefit plan designs and administration.
