We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Bilbao. In this critical role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate our talented workforce. Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement, as you will be collaborating with international teams and working with global C&B policies.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Conduct compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and salary surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Participate in the annual compensation review process, including salary increases, bonus planning, and long-term incentives.
- Administer various benefits programs, including health, life, disability, and retirement plans, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Develop and prepare compensation and benefits reports, presentations, and dashboards for HR leadership and business partners.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on compensation and benefits policies, programs, and individual cases.
- Ensure all C&B practices comply with relevant labor laws and internal governance standards.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR functions on special projects and initiatives related to total rewards.
- Maintain accurate data in HRIS systems and ensure data integrity for compensation and benefits modules.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (C1 level or higher).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Solid understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP HR) and C&B software.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex C&B concepts clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience working in a multinational company or a large financial institution.
- Certification in Compensation (e.g., CCP) or Benefits (e.g., CEBS).
- Proficiency in Spanish.
