We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Conveyancer / Legal Executive to join our dynamic Property Law team in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for real estate law to manage a diverse caseload of property transactions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in guiding clients through various stages of property sales, purchases, and related legal matters, ensuring seamless and compliant processes. You will work within a highly respected firm, contributing to a team celebrated for its expertise and client-centric service in the vibrant Canary Islands market.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Managing a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Conducting comprehensive due diligence, including title investigations, property searches, and local regulatory checks.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property-related legal documents.
• Advising clients on all aspects of property law, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, local authorities, and other legal professionals.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant Spanish property law regulations and firm policies.
• Assisting senior solicitors with complex property matters and project work.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records and client communications.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a Conveyancer or Legal Executive specializing in property law (minimum 3 years).
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills (verbal and written) in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Qualified as a Legal Executive (CILEX equivalent in Spain) or with equivalent conveyancing qualifications.
• Experience with cross-border property transactions, particularly involving international clients.
• Familiarity with the specifics of the Canary Islands property market.
• Additional language skills (e.g., German, French).
