We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Crane Operator to join our dynamic construction team in El Born, Barcelona. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals proficient in English who are looking to contribute to significant infrastructure projects. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment on construction sites, ensuring all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. Responsabilidades Clave

• Operate various types of cranes (e.g., tower cranes, mobile cranes) to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment.
• Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on crane machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Monitor load capacities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and site-specific procedures.
• Communicate effectively with ground crew and supervisors using hand signals, radio, or other communication devices.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and inspection reports.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and site rules to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in site safety meetings and contribute to a culture of workplace safety.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Valid Crane Operator certification/license relevant to Spain or international equivalent.
• Proven experience operating various types of cranes in a construction environment.
• Excellent understanding of crane mechanics, load charts, and rigging techniques.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, to ensure clear communication on site.
• Strong commitment to safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Experience with specific crane types used in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish or Catalan) are a plus.
