We are seeking an exceptionally talented and visionary Creative Director to lead our international creative team. This pivotal role involves shaping the visual identity and brand narrative for Porcelanosa across diverse global markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing innovative creative strategies that resonate with our premium clientele and reinforce our position as a leader in luxury design. You will inspire and guide a team of designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists, ensuring all creative outputs are consistent, impactful, and aligned with our brand values and business objectives.

• Develop and implement comprehensive creative strategies for global campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire an international team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Oversee the conceptualization and execution of all creative assets, including digital content, print materials, advertising, showrooms, and exhibition designs.
• Ensure brand consistency and excellence across all touchpoints and international markets, adapting creative approaches as needed for cultural relevance.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to align creative efforts with overall business goals.
