We are seeking an experienced and visionary CTO (Chief Technology Officer) to lead our technological strategy and development initiatives in Los Alcázares. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong technical background, capable of driving innovation, managing complex projects, and building high-performing engineering teams. This role requires fluency in English and a deep understanding of modern software architectures and development methodologies.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Define and execute the company's technology strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust software solutions.
• Manage the technology budget, resources, and vendor relationships efficiently.
• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of all technology systems and infrastructure.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and executive leadership to ensure technological solutions meet market demands.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar senior technology leadership role.
• Extensive experience in software architecture, design, and development.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and scaling engineering teams.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent English proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects from concept to completion.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
