Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences in the fast-paced world of retail and technology? MediaMarkt is seeking a dynamic and strategic Customer Experience Manager to elevate our customer journey in Salou. This role is pivotal in understanding customer needs, identifying pain points, and implementing solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty across all touchpoints. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our tech offerings and customer expectations, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer experience strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and optimize customer journeys, touchpoints, and service processes within the retail environment.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and operations teams to ensure a consistent and superior customer experience.
  • Manage and mentor a team focused on customer service excellence.
  • Introduce and leverage technology solutions to enhance customer engagement and efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Lead initiatives for customer feedback collection and analysis, including surveys, focus groups, and social listening.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture across the organization.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Proven experience in customer experience management within retail or technology sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in CX software and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CCXP).
  • Experience with omnichannel retail strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation projects.

  • Catalan language proficiency is a plus.
