We are seeking an visionary Director of Design – Creative Leadership to spearhead our design initiatives in Ibiza. This pivotal role requires a creative trailblazer with an exceptional eye for detail, a deep understanding of luxury branding, and the ability to inspire and lead a diverse design team. You will be responsible for defining and executing the design strategy for various projects, ensuring brand consistency, innovation, and a compelling aesthetic that resonates with our target audience. Responsabilidades Clave

• Define and articulate the overall design vision and strategy for projects in alignment with W Hotels' brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and design excellence.
• Oversee the entire design process from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring high-quality output across all touchpoints (e.g., interiors, digital experiences, branding, events).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, development, and external agencies to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
• Drive continuous innovation in design practices, tools, and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Present design concepts and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders, effectively communicating rationale and vision.
• Manage design budgets, resources, and timelines efficiently.
• Ensure all design work adheres to brand standards, legal requirements, and best practices.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in design leadership roles, preferably within luxury branding, hospitality, or a creative agency.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong design principles, creative vision, and successful project delivery across various disciplines.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing design teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a user-centric approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
• Deep understanding of current design trends, materials, and technologies.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree in Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience working with global brands or in a multi-cultural environment.
• Fluency in Spanish or other European languages.
• Demonstrated experience in brand storytelling through design.
