Are you a passionate and skilled Dog Groomer with excellent English communication skills? Kiwoko in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. This unique role focuses on providing top-tier grooming services specifically to our growing clientele of English-speaking pet owners, ensuring clear communication and a comfortable experience for both pets and their families. Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform professional grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, de-shedding, clipping, and styling various dog breeds.
• Communicate effectively with English-speaking pet owners to understand their grooming preferences, pet's history, and any special needs.
• Assess pet's coat and skin condition, recommending appropriate treatments and products.
• Safely handle and restrain pets, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the grooming process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming station and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and animal welfare guidelines.
• Educate pet owners on home grooming techniques and general pet care.
• Manage appointment schedules and client records efficiently.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Kiwoko's brand standards.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a professional Dog Groomer (minimum 1 year).
• Excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written).
• Proficiency in various grooming techniques for different breeds and coat types.
• Strong knowledge of dog anatomy, behavior, and common skin/coat conditions.
• Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments safely and compassionately.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Professional Dog Grooming certification.
• Experience with breed-specific cuts and show grooming techniques.
