Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop engaging and effective e-learning content, including course materials, videos, quizzes, and assignments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex topics into clear, concise, and interactive learning experiences.
• Design and implement instructional strategies that promote active learning and knowledge retention.
• Utilize various authoring tools and multimedia software to produce high-quality educational assets.
• Review and revise existing content based on feedback, performance data, and emerging educational best practices.
• Ensure all content adheres to accessibility standards and brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning content creation.
• Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful e-learning projects.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Canvas, Moodle, or Cornerstone.
