We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Educational Technologist to join our innovative team in Ibiza Town. This role is crucial for integrating and optimizing educational technologies within our learning environments, supporting educators, and developing engaging digital content. You will be instrumental in enhancing the digital learning experience for our students and teachers. Given our international focus and the specific needs of our projects, a high level of English proficiency is a mandatory requirement for this position, as you will frequently collaborate with English-speaking partners and utilize English-language educational resources. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Design, develop, and implement engaging digital learning resources and activities.
• Provide expert guidance and training to educators on the effective use of educational technology tools and platforms.
• Evaluate new educational technologies and recommend solutions to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
• Manage and maintain learning management systems (LMS) and other digital learning platforms.
• Collaborate with content creators, instructional designers, and IT specialists to ensure seamless integration of technology.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to educational software and hardware.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in educational technology.
• Support the creation of accessible and inclusive digital learning materials.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as an Educational Technologist or similar role.
• Exceptional proficiency in English (C1/C2 level) for communication and content creation.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Experience with various Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard).
• Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Certifications in specific educational technology platforms or tools.
