In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their flight arrangements, booking tickets, and providing expert advice on travel options. Responsabilidades Clave

• Book and issue domestic and international flight tickets using GDS (Global Distribution System).
• Assist clients with flight inquiries, changes, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fares, baggage allowances, and travel regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally, aiming for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and travel industry trends.
• Collaborate effectively with other travel agents and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Process payments securely and manage booking records accurately and confidentially.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a Flight Booker or Ticketing Agent (1+ year preferred).
• Proficiency in GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is essential.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Additional language proficiency (e.g., Portuguese, French, German).
