We are seeking a skilled and certified Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team at our Blanes logistics center. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts to move, stack, load, and unload products and materials within our warehouse and yard. This role requires strict adherence to safety protocols, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a productive and organized work environment. Responsabilidades Clave

• Operate various types of forklifts (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck, pallet jack) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and racks.
• Stack and store goods in appropriate areas within the warehouse, ensuring optimal space utilization.
• Transport products and materials to designated areas for processing, storage, or shipment.
• Perform daily pre-operation checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or damage.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with inventory management, including counting and scanning products.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Valid forklift operator certification (e.g., AENA, carretillero).
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and practices.
• Ability to perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and reaching.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory tasks.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Experience with different types of forklifts (e.g., reach trucks, order pickers, VNA).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced logistics or distribution center environment.
