Keywords Studios is looking for a dedicated Gaming Support Agent to join our dynamic team in Benicassim. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for players, providing high-quality support and ensuring their gaming experience is smooth and enjoyable. This is an exciting opportunity for an English native speaker to kickstart a career in the gaming industry, working a shift-based schedule to cover our global player base. Responsabilidades Clave

  • Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate support to players via email, chat, and occasionally phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, account inquiries, and in-game problems.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior agents or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of player interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with game knowledge, updates, and community trends.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and player satisfaction.
  • Work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as part of a rotation.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Native level fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong passion for video games and familiarity with various gaming platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns.
