Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, highlights, and treatments for both men and women.
• Provide expert barbering services such as precise haircuts, fades, shaves, and beard trims.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and recommend appropriate services and products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and adhere to all salon health and safety standards.
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continuous learning and training.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business through exceptional service and professionalism.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently and assist with front desk duties when necessary.
• Promote and sell salon retail products, providing expert advice on hair care routines.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a Hairdresser and/or Barber (minimum 3 years).
• Proficiency in a wide range of cutting, coloring, and styling techniques for various hair types.
• Expertise in barbering services, including classic shaves and beard grooming.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong understanding of hair care products and their application.
• Fluent in English (essential for expat clientele).
• Valid cosmetology or barbering license/certification in Spain or recognized equivalent.
