We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Product to lead our product development efforts in our Valencia hub. This critical leadership role will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch, and driving innovation to meet the evolving needs of our users and partners. You will lead a talented team of product managers, foster a culture of customer-centricity, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams to deliver exceptional product experiences that drive growth and market leadership. Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement for this role to effectively collaborate with our international teams.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Define, communicate, and execute the overall product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and research to development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for products, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
• Represent the product vision and strategy to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure products meet high standards of quality, usability, and performance.

Habilidades Requeridas

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Head of Product, Director of Product).
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex digital products.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable product roadmaps.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and development.
• Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Experience in the on-demand delivery, e-commerce, or marketplace industries.
• Proficiency in Spanish or another European language.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, international technology company.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
