As a Health Coach for Remote Consultations at Sanitas, you will provide personalized coaching and support to clients virtually. You will guide individuals through their health and wellness journeys, helping them set and achieve realistic goals related to nutrition, exercise, stress management, chronic disease prevention, and overall lifestyle. Utilizing our digital platforms, you will conduct one-on-one sessions, develop customized wellness plans, and monitor progress, ensuring a high-quality, empathetic, and results-oriented coaching experience. This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients across Spain.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand client health goals, challenges, and preferences.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based wellness plans focusing on areas such as diet, exercise, sleep, and stress management.
• Provide ongoing virtual coaching sessions through video calls, phone calls, and secure messaging.
• Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices and behavior change strategies.
• Monitor client progress, adjust plans as needed, and provide continuous motivation and support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records within our digital health platform.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to ensure holistic client care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest health and wellness research and coaching techniques.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a Health Coach, Wellness Coach, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of health, nutrition, fitness, and behavioral change principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and health tracking platforms.
• Exceptional listening skills and empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing client caseloads.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Certification from an accredited health coaching program (e.g., NBHWC, ACE, ACSM).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Promotion, Nutrition, Kinesiology, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience working in a remote or telehealth environment.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English to cater to a diverse client base.
