We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Injection Molding Operator to join our production team in Barcelona. This vital role involves operating and maintaining injection molding machinery to produce high-quality plastic components for our automotive products. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and precision, ensuring that all parts meet our rigorous quality standards. This is an on-site factory role requiring reliability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Set up, operate, and monitor injection molding machines according to production schedules and specifications.
• Load raw materials into machine hoppers and ensure proper material flow.
• Inspect molded parts for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform minor adjustments and basic maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and report complex problems to maintenance or supervisory staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Accurately record production data, including part counts, scrap rates, and downtime.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Adhere to all company policies, including safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Ability to operate production machinery, preferably injection molding equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for minor machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or work instructions.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience as an Injection Molding Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
