We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join our dynamic team in Soho, London. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a leading global technology company, contributing to real-world projects that drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in our manufacturing processes. You will work alongside experienced engineers, learning about lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Assist in the analysis and improvement of existing manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Support the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.
- Participate in data collection and analysis to identify areas for process optimization.
- Help develop and update manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D.
- Contribute to problem-solving initiatives and root cause analysis of manufacturing issues.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of quality control procedures within manufacturing operations.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Experience with data analysis tools or statistical software.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
