Are you a student eager to share your native language and culture? EF Education First in Ronda is seeking enthusiastic Language Assistants / Conversation Partners to support our students in developing their language proficiency and cultural understanding. This part-time student job is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in an international educational setting, connect with students from around the globe, and contribute to a vibrant learning environment. You will facilitate engaging conversation sessions, assist with language practice, and immerse our students in authentic cultural experiences.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Lead engaging and interactive conversation practice sessions with students individually or in small groups.
• Assist students with pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar in an informal setting.
• Share insights into your native culture, traditions, and daily life.
• Encourage and motivate students to speak and actively participate in discussions.
• Help organize and participate in cultural activities and excursions to enhance the student experience.
• Provide constructive feedback in a supportive and encouraging manner.
• Collaborate with EF staff to ensure a positive and effective learning environment.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Native fluency in the target language (e.g., English, German, French, etc., depending on student needs).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Enthusiasm for language learning and cultural exchange.
• Currently enrolled as a student in a university or higher education program.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in tutoring, mentoring, or teaching roles (even informal).
• Knowledge of basic Spanish (if the target language is not Spanish) for better integration in Ronda.
• A background or interest in linguistics, education, or cross-cultural communication.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and student needs.
