We are seeking a highly motivated Market Research Analyst specializing in Consumer Insights to join our dynamic team in Valencia. In this role, you will be instrumental in uncovering deep consumer understanding, analyzing market trends, and translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for our clients. You will work on diverse projects, utilizing various methodologies to provide strategic insights that drive brand growth and innovation. Responsabilidades Clave

  • Design and execute market research studies, including survey development, data collection oversight, and quality control.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using advanced statistical tools and analytical techniques.
  • Interpret complex datasets to identify key trends, patterns, and insights related to consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations with clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., client service, data science) to ensure project objectives are met and insights are effectively communicated.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging research methodologies, and new analytical tools.
  • Present findings directly to clients, effectively communicating insights and strategic implications.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python for data analysis).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with various market research methodologies (e.g., surveys, focus groups, segmentation).
  • Proven ability to create impactful reports and presentations.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with digital consumer behavior analytics and social listening tools.
  • Previous experience working in a market research agency or a consumer insights role within a large organization.
  • Understanding of the Spanish and European consumer markets.
