We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Medical Device Kitter to join our cleanroom operations team in Barcelona. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and packaging components for sterile medical devices within a controlled cleanroom environment. This position requires strict adherence to quality standards, precise execution of kitting procedures, and meticulous documentation to ensure product integrity and patient safety. Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform kitting and assembly of medical device components according to detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace within the cleanroom environment.
• Monitor and verify the quality of components and completed kits, reporting any discrepancies or defects.
• Accurately document all kitting activities, including material usage, batch records, and quality checks.
• Adhere to all cleanroom protocols, including gowning procedures and aseptic techniques.
• Operate and maintain kitting and packaging equipment as required.
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Participate in routine cleanroom sanitization and maintenance tasks.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations relevant to medical device manufacturing.

Habilidades Requeridas

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in executing tasks.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of and willingness to adhere to cleanroom gowning and sanitation protocols.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with medical device manufacturing (ISO 13485, GMP).
• Experience with small component assembly or intricate kitting tasks.
• Knowledge of quality control principles.
