We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled MEP Coordinator to join our dynamic project team in Triana, Seville. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless integration and successful execution of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, managing documentation, and overseeing on-site MEP installations to meet project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Excellent communication skills, particularly in English, are essential for liaising with international teams and clients.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Coordinate and manage all MEP services activities on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and local regulations.
• Review MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and submittals for accuracy, constructability, and coordination with other building systems.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between MEP consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor the progress of MEP installations, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to prevent delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and change orders.
• Assist in the commissioning and handover process of MEP systems upon project completion.
• Participate in site meetings, providing updates on MEP status and addressing any concerns.
• Ensure all MEP work is completed within the allocated budget and schedule.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as an MEP Coordinator or similar role in construction projects.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and their integration.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English.
• Ability to use BIM software (e.g., Revit) and AutoCAD.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and safety regulations.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certification in project management or MEP coordination.
• Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but English is the primary requirement.
