We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled MEP Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Begur, Girona. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of our construction projects, ensuring seamless integration, compliance with specifications, and timely delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities, particularly in English, to liaise with international stakeholders and project teams.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Coordinate and manage all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) activities on construction projects from design to completion.
• Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for MEP contractors, consultants, and clients, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
• Monitor the progress of MEP installations, identifying and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise during construction.
• Ensure all MEP work adheres to safety regulations, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on MEP project status, including progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Participate in site meetings, providing expert input on MEP-related matters.
• Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems and installations to ensure quality and compliance.
• Assist in the commissioning and handover process of MEP systems.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MEP Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and codes.
• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Problem-solving aptitude and strong attention to detail.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or a related field.
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
