Responsabilidades Clave

• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards according to Zara's global guidelines and seasonal directives.
• Arrange product displays, window presentations, and in-store signage to enhance product visibility and appeal.
• Collaborate with store management and sales teams to align visual merchandising with commercial goals and product availability.
• Monitor stock levels and product rotation to ensure optimal display presentation and prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistency in visual standards.
• Train and support sales associates on basic visual merchandising techniques and product presentation.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor activities, and visual merchandising best practices.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail display, or a similar creative role.
• Strong understanding of current fashion trends and retail aesthetics.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
