This flexible contract role involves anonymously evaluating customer service, product quality, and store environments at various local businesses. You will provide valuable feedback that helps our clients improve their operations and customer satisfaction. Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct mystery shopping visits to assigned businesses in Mazarrón and surrounding areas.
• Evaluate customer service, product knowledge, store cleanliness, and overall experience based on specific guidelines.
• Interact with staff as a regular customer, adhering to the scenario provided.
• Accurately and objectively record observations and experiences immediately after each visit.
• Complete detailed online reports within a specified timeframe, providing constructive feedback and photographic evidence where required.
• Maintain anonymity and confidentiality throughout the entire evaluation process.
