Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct discreet visits to assigned retail stores, restaurants, service centers, or other businesses as per project guidelines.
• Objectively observe and evaluate various aspects of the customer experience, including staff interaction, store environment, product presentation, and service quality.
• Accurately complete detailed online reports within specified deadlines, providing comprehensive feedback and answers to specific survey questions.
• Maintain confidentiality of all assignment details and findings.
• Adhere to project instructions and guidelines to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Manage your assignments and schedule effectively to meet project requirements.
