We are seeking a talented and motivated Organizational Development Consultant to join our dynamic Human Capital team in Barcelona. In this role, you will work with diverse clients across various industries to design and implement effective organizational strategies, improve performance, and drive transformational change. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate complex challenges, optimize their structures, and cultivate a thriving work environment. This position requires strong analytical skills, a collaborative spirit, and excellent communication abilities in English.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Lead and contribute to organizational assessment projects, identifying areas for improvement in structure, culture, and processes.
- Develop and implement strategic organizational design solutions, including operating models, roles and responsibilities, and governance structures.
- Facilitate change management initiatives, helping clients manage transitions and embed new ways of working.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs and workshops.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and surveys to gather data and insights.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, outlining findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in organizational development and human capital.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational development, human capital consulting, or a related HR role.
- Proven experience in organizational design, change management, or talent strategy.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for professional communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or an MBA with a focus on Human Capital.
- Experience with various OD methodologies and tools.
- Fluency in Spanish or Catalan.
- Experience working with multinational clients.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Change Management Practitioner, Coaching).
