We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Consultant to join our dynamic team in Moraira, Spain. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our clients navigate complex organizational challenges, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive sustainable growth. You will work closely with leadership to design and implement strategic initiatives focused on talent management, change leadership, organizational design, and workforce effectiveness. This position requires a professional with a strong understanding of OD principles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in an English-speaking environment.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive organizational development strategies and programs aligned with client business objectives.
- Lead change management initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and resistance management strategies.
- Conduct organizational assessments, surveys, and focus groups to identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on topics such as leadership development, team effectiveness, and organizational culture.
- Provide expert consultation and coaching to senior leaders and teams on OD best practices and their application.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of OD interventions and report on progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaborative problem-solving.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience in organizational development, change management, or human resources consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci) or OD methodologies.
- Experience working within a global consulting firm or a large multinational corporation.
- Proficiency in Spanish or another European language.
- Experience with HRIS and talent management systems.
