We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Manager to join our team in Ciutadella. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with international startups, primarily within the travel tech and hospitality sectors. You will be responsible for creating mutually beneficial collaborations that drive innovation, expand our market reach, and enhance our product offerings. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, and a passion for connecting cutting-edge solutions with our global platform.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential international startup partners that align with Booking.com's strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies, including outreach, negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, Sales) to ensure successful integration and launch of new partnerships.
- Monitor partnership performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics, identifying areas for growth and optimization.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the international startup ecosystem.
- Represent Booking.com at industry events, conferences, and startup pitch sessions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of partnerships from initial contact to successful integration and ongoing management.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or account management, preferably within the tech or travel industry.
- Strong understanding of the international startup landscape and venture capital ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working with SaaS platforms or API integrations.
- Additional language proficiency (e.g., French, German, Italian).
- Familiarity with the Menorca business and tourism landscape.
