We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pattern Maker / Seamstress to join our dedicated atelier team in Estepona. This role is fundamental to the creation of our exquisite collections, from concept to final garment. You will be responsible for translating design sketches into precise patterns, constructing prototypes, and ensuring the highest standards of fit and finish. Responsabilidades Clave

• Interpret design sketches and translate them into accurate flat patterns and 3D drapes.
• Develop initial patterns and prototypes for new designs, ensuring precise measurements and fit.
• Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to patterns and garments to achieve desired silhouettes and comfort.
• Execute garment construction with meticulous attention to detail, using various sewing techniques.
• Work with a variety of high-quality fabrics, including delicate and luxury materials.
• Collaborate closely with designers and the production team throughout the development process.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the atelier.
• Ensure all garments meet Adolfo Dominguez's quality standards and specifications.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a Pattern Maker and Seamstress in a professional atelier or fashion house.
• Expertise in pattern drafting, grading, and garment construction techniques.
• Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines and specialized equipment.
• Strong understanding of fabric properties, drape, and handling.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision in all tasks.
• Ability to interpret design concepts and technical specifications accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills related to fit and construction.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Formal qualification in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or a related field.
• Experience with CAD pattern making software (e.g., Lectra, Gerber).
