We are seeking a highly motivated and stylish Personal Shopper to join our dedicated team in Barcelona, specifically focusing on our English-speaking expatriate clientele. This role involves building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and curating personalized shopping experiences across our wide range of departments, from fashion and accessories to home decor and gifts. You will be an ambassador for our brand, ensuring an unparalleled service experience that exceeds expectations for our international clients.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with English-speaking expatriate clients, understanding their style preferences and lifestyle needs.
• Provide expert fashion and styling advice, guiding clients through product selections from various departments.
• Curate personalized shopping itineraries and recommendations tailored to individual client requirements.
• Manage client appointments, ensuring a seamless and luxurious shopping experience.
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, new arrivals, and special promotions within El Corte Inglés.
• Collaborate with sales teams across departments to source optimal products and ensure stock availability.
• Handle client requests and feedback professionally, striving for complete satisfaction.
• Actively participate in client outreach and networking events to expand client base.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency) with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Catalan.
• Proven experience in retail, luxury sales, or personal styling.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, brands, and styling principles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
