We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pet Care Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of our animal services facility in Sagunto. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare, facility maintenance, staff management, and client satisfaction. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for animal care and a proven ability to manage complex operations.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Manage daily operations of the pet care facility, ensuring efficiency and adherence to all policies and procedures.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, performance management, and development for a team of animal care attendants and support staff.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all animals under care, including proper feeding, housing, exercise, and medical attention coordination.
• Maintain the facility to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and repair.
• Manage inventory of supplies, including food, medical supplies, and cleaning products.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Implement and enforce all relevant animal welfare regulations and health standards.
• Manage facility budget and financial performance.
• Coordinate with veterinary staff for animal health protocols and emergency procedures.

• Proven experience in animal care or facility management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of animal health, welfare, and behavior.
• Proficiency in facility maintenance and operational management.

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, scheduling software).
