We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist with expertise in international sourcing to join our global team. This role is crucial for optimizing our supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers across various regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with international vendors to secure the best quality, price, and delivery terms for materials and finished products.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Identify and qualify new international suppliers, conducting due diligence and risk assessments.
• Manage the end-to-end international procurement process, from requisition to order placement and delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with global vendors to achieve cost savings and favorable conditions.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, delivery schedules, and contractual agreements.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., design, production, logistics, legal) to understand sourcing needs and project requirements.
• Stay informed of global market trends, commodity prices, and new sourcing opportunities.
• Resolve any supply chain issues, quality discrepancies, or delivery delays with international partners.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, databases, and reporting for analysis and compliance.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international procurement or sourcing.
• Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
• Strong understanding of global supply chain logistics, customs, and international trade regulations.
• Proficiency in procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages (e.g., Mandarin, Portuguese) are a plus.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CSCP) is highly regarded.
• Experience with sustainable sourcing practices and ethical supply chain management.
