We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our product development team in Marbella. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering features that enhance our user experience and drive business value. You will work closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and design teams to translate product strategy into actionable backlog items. This role requires excellent English communication skills, as you will be collaborating with international teams and dealing with a global user base.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog to ensure maximum business value and alignment with product strategy.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate based on data.
• Ensure the English-speaking user interface and content are optimized for clarity and global audience understanding.

Habilidades Requeridas

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with product backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
• Experience in the travel, e-commerce, or hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and user research methodologies.
• Proficiency in Spanish or other European languages.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
