We are seeking a dynamic and creative Radio Presenter / Podcaster to join our vibrant team in Palma de Mallorca. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for broadcasting, storytelling, and connecting with audiences. You will be responsible for hosting engaging radio shows, developing compelling podcast content, and contributing to the overall sound and vision of our station. If you have a captivating voice, excellent communication skills, and a knack for generating exciting content, we want to hear from you.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Host live and pre-recorded radio shows, ensuring engaging and professional delivery.
• Develop, script, produce, and present original podcast series on a variety of topics.
• Research and prepare show content, including news, interviews, music, and audience interaction segments.
• Engage with listeners through calls, social media, and live events.
• Operate studio equipment, including mixing consoles, microphones, and audio software.
• Collaborate with producers, sound engineers, and content creators to develop cohesive programming.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current affairs, music trends, and cultural events relevant to the audience.
• Participate in promotional activities and represent the station at public events.
• Adhere to broadcasting regulations and ethical guidelines.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in radio broadcasting or podcasting.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong storytelling ability and engaging on-air personality.
• Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Audacity).
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to live broadcasting environments.
• Excellent research and content development skills.
• Strong understanding of current events, popular culture, and music.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and English.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Degree or diploma in Journalism, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with social media management for content promotion and audience engagement.
• A portfolio demonstrating previous radio shows or podcast episodes.
