We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Relocation Consultant to join our team in Sotogrande. As an English Speaking Relocation Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our international clients, guiding them through every step of their relocation process to Spain. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding support and advice. You will manage diverse cases, from pre-assignment to settling-in services, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for our assignees and their families.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Manage a portfolio of international assignees, providing end-to-end relocation support.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop customized relocation plans.
- Assist clients with home search, school search, immigration, and settling-in services.
- Coordinate and schedule property viewings, school visits, and other necessary appointments.
- Provide expert advice on local culture, administrative procedures, and community integration.
- Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and update client progress in our internal systems.
- Handle queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, helping clients adapt to their new environment.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) to a native or near-native standard.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relocation services, real estate, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driving license and access to a car for client visits.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Fluency in Spanish or other additional languages.
- Prior experience living abroad or personal experience with international relocation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Spanish immigration laws and local administrative processes.
