Descripción del Trabajo

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Remote Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Spain. Your primary role will be to connect with potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales executives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a professional phone demeanor, and a strong command of the English language. Responsabilidades Clave

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided lead lists.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and identifying opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for sales executives using our CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and appointments.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
