Descripción del Trabajo

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Paid Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, primarily Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for digital marketing, and proven experience in driving measurable results through paid media. Excellent English communication skills are essential for this role as you will be working with international clients and teams.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and meet client objectives.
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports and present findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
  • Ensure all campaigns are compliant with platform policies and industry best practices.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, SEM, and social media advertising principles.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Native-level or near-native English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).
  • Meta Blueprint certifications.
