We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote SEO Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. This is a 100% remote position, open to candidates based in Catalonia. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing search engine optimization strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their online visibility and organic growth. You will work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results. Fluency in English is a must for this role, as you will be working with international clients and content.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis.
• Perform technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for website structure, crawlability, and indexation.
• Optimize on-page content, meta descriptions, title tags, and other elements for search engine visibility.
• Manage off-page SEO efforts, including link building strategies and local SEO.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital initiatives.
• Provide recommendations for improving user experience and conversion rates through SEO.
• Present SEO insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role (2+ years).
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Native or near-native English speaking and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with international SEO and multilingual websites.
• Knowledge of other languages, particularly Spanish or Catalan.
