We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Remote Social Media Manager to join our global marketing team. This is a 100% remote position. The ideal candidate will be a fluent English speaker with a passion for fashion, a deep understanding of social media trends, and a proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns. You will be instrumental in enhancing Zara’s brand presence, engaging our diverse audience, and driving online conversations across various platforms.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy in alignment with brand objectives.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) for all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Analyze social media campaigns and overall performance, using data to inform future strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budget.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Native-level English fluency, both written and verbal.
• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills with a strong visual eye.
• Demonstrable experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
