We are seeking a talented and passionate Remote UX Designer to join our dynamic product team. This is a 100% remote position. You will play a crucial role in understanding user needs, designing intuitive and engaging experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life. Your work will directly impact millions of users globally, helping them to plan and enjoy their travel experiences seamlessly. Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to define product requirements and ensure design feasibility and implementation.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and technical constraints.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design system and best practices.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proficiency in UX design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis
• Ability to create compelling wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
• Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to design challenges
• A portfolio demonstrating successful UX design projects

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Experience working in the online travel, e-commerce, or hospitality industry
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand technical limitations
• Experience with A/B testing and design experimentation
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
