Descripción del Trabajo

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team in Seville. This role is crucial for optimizing our sales processes, enhancing data integrity, and providing actionable insights to drive sales performance within our tech sales division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data, and the ability to translate complex information into strategic recommendations. You will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and finance to ensure our sales teams are operating at peak efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into sales trends and forecasts.
  • Manage and improve sales data quality within our CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Administer and optimize sales tools and technologies, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Support sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
  • Analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to increase sales efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, product) to align sales operations with broader business objectives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales compensation plans and territory design.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams on new processes, tools, and best practices.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar analytical role, preferably within a B2B tech environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and its reporting functionalities.
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of sales methodologies and sales funnel management.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages.
