We are seeking an inspirational and experienced School Principal to lead our esteemed International School in Torremolinos. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of international educational standards, particularly the British curriculum. You will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, management, and operational leadership of the school, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and student welfare. Responsabilidades Clave

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the school, aligning with the school's mission and values.
• Oversee the implementation and development of the British curriculum, ensuring academic excellence and student achievement.
• Manage all aspects of school operations, including budget management, resource allocation, and facility maintenance.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate a high-performing team of teaching and administrative staff.

Habilidades Requeridas
