Clear Channel Spain is seeking a diligent and skilled Sign Maker / Installer to join our dynamic production team in Barcelona. This vital role involves the hands-on fabrication, assembly, and installation of various types of signage, ranging from large-format billboards to intricate street furniture displays. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical aptitude, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work that adheres to brand standards and safety regulations. You will work both in our workshop and on-site, contributing to the visual landscape of urban Spain.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Fabricate and assemble signs according to specifications, drawings, and work orders.
• Operate a variety of tools and machinery including saws, drills, routers, and plotters.
• Prepare surfaces and apply vinyl graphics, paint, and other finishing materials.
• Install signs securely and accurately at various outdoor and indoor locations.
• Perform maintenance and repair on existing signage as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during fabrication and installation.
• Collaborate effectively with designers, project managers, and other team members.
• Manage materials and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections as required.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in sign fabrication and installation.
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools used in sign making.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Basic understanding of electrical components for illuminated signs (if applicable).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Formal training or certification in sign making, graphic production, or a related field.
• Experience with vinyl application and large-format printing.
• Knowledge of different sign materials (e.g., acrylic, metal, wood, PVC).
• Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes for signage.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (or Catalan).
