We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our farm team as Spinach Harvesters and General Farm Hands. This is an essential role in our agricultural operations in Cartagena, Murcia, ensuring the timely and efficient harvesting of our high-quality spinach and supporting various farm activities. If you are physically fit, reliable, and eager to work outdoors, we encourage you to apply. No prior experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Manual harvesting of spinach according to quality standards and production schedules.
• Operating and maintaining basic farm machinery and tools for harvesting and field preparation.
• Assisting with planting, weeding, and irrigation tasks as required.
• Loading harvested produce onto transport vehicles.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of farm equipment and work areas.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations and food safety protocols.
• Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, sun, rain).
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and techniques.
• Basic understanding of English or Spanish for communication.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or manual labor.
• Knowledge of basic farm equipment operation.
