We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Startup Incubator Manager to lead our innovation hub in Puerto de la Cruz. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our startup programs, from scouting and selection to acceleration and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, strong mentorship skills, and a passion for fostering innovation. You will be responsible for creating a thriving environment where startups can grow, connect with mentors, secure funding, and achieve significant milestones.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of startup incubation programs, including scouting, selection, onboarding, and graduation.
• Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to participating startups, helping them refine their business models and achieve product-market fit.
• Develop and maintain a robust network of mentors, investors, corporate partners, and industry experts.
• Organize workshops, masterclasses, and networking events to foster community and facilitate learning among startups.
• Monitor startup progress, track key performance indicators, and report on program outcomes.
• Identify potential synergies between startups and Telefónica's business units or corporate clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote the incubator and its success stories.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in startup acceleration.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in startup incubation, acceleration, venture capital, or a related entrepreneurial role.
• Strong understanding of startup methodologies (e.g., Lean Startup, Agile development).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and advise early-stage companies.
• Project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Technology Management, or a related field.
• Experience working within a corporate innovation environment or a large tech company.
• Existing network within the Spanish or Canary Islands startup ecosystem.
• Experience with fundraising and investor relations for startups.
