We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible Summer Camp Counselors to join our team in Roquetas de Mar for the upcoming season. As a Camp Counselor, you will be the heart of our camp, directly responsible for supervising and guiding campers aged 7-16 through a variety of daily activities. This role requires high energy, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for working with children. Full accommodation and meals are provided on-site for the duration of the contract.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Supervise campers during all daily activities, including sports, arts and crafts, excursions, and mealtimes.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times, adhering to camp policies and procedures.
• Plan and lead engaging activities, fostering a fun and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Act as a positive role model, demonstrating leadership, patience, and enthusiasm.
• Assist campers with personal needs, encouraging independence and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate effectively with fellow staff members, campers, and camp leadership.
• Manage and resolve conflicts among campers fairly and effectively.
• Participate actively in all staff training sessions and meetings.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Experience working with children or teenagers in a supervisory or teaching capacity (e.g., babysitting, tutoring, coaching, volunteer work).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity.
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
• Ability to adapt to new situations and handle challenges calmly.
• Demonstrated responsibility and reliability.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Background in education, recreation, or child development.
• Experience in specific camp activities (e.g., swimming instruction, sports coaching, arts and crafts, drama).
• Proficiency in Spanish or other European languages.
• Previous summer camp experience as a camper or counselor.
