Responsabilidades Clave
- Successfully complete our comprehensive paid training program.
- Engage with potential customers in the English market through outbound calls.
- Effectively present and explain Telefónica's products and services.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive work environment.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM systems.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment is a plus, but not required.
