Responsabilidades Clave

• Successfully complete our comprehensive paid training program.
• Engage with potential customers in the English market through outbound calls.
• Effectively present and explain Telefónica's products and services.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
